55 Bayridge is a modern and comfortable luxurious self-catering apartment located in the secure Bay Ridge complex walking distance to Thompsons Beach and Rock Pool, shops/mall, restaurants and the airport.
This spacious apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with an open-plan kitchen with a gas stove. WiFi is fast and freely available throughout the unit.
The main bedroom is air-conditioned and contains a comfy queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and a lavish bath tub ideal for relaxation. The main bedroom has a TV with dual view channels and a sliding door that opens directly to the large patio.
The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share use of a beautiful bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The living area is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans. The living area has a dining room table that can also be used as a work space. There is a plush couch and TV area.
The kitchen is fully equipped to make self-catering easy and convenient and is fitted with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer, as well as a breakfast nook with 2 stools. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and seating ideal for breaking bread and sharing a lovely meal together. The lounge also has a flat-screen TV with the full subscription of DStv channels, and opens to a partly covered patio with outdoor dining furniture and a kettle braai, overlooking the garden ideal for sundowners, chilling and watching your kids safely play.
The complex is safe and secure and has its own well maintained swimming pool. The unit also comes with 2 parking spaces, 1 in the unit garage and 1 outside, as well as an easy self-check in system. The unit is also well maintained by our housekeeper and comes with a supply of bath towels.
