In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R300 cleaning fee per booking.

Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis and include:
- Bedding for 6 people (One pillow per person);
- Crockery and cutlery;
- Compact DStv viewing.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R800 is payable directly to the establishment.

FLEUR PARK RULES & REGULATIONS
Please take note that FLEUR PARK is a private holiday resort with a large number of permanent residents.

Please take note of the following rules that APPLY TO ALL VISITORS :

1. Parties : Due to the resident makeup of Fleur Park, Fleur Park is not suitable for parties and as such Parties of no kind are allowed.

2. Speed limit : in Fleur Park is 15km per hour is the limit (look out for children)

3. Caravans, Erection of Tents or portable pools, Motorbikes and Quadbikes are not allowed.

4. Busses and Big Boats are not allowed.

5. Rentals : The numbers of guests per Chalet at booking, must be adhered to !
a. A maximum of 6 persons per 2 bedroom and 8 persons per 3 bedroom Chalet, are allowed.
b. No Day visitors are allowed without prior arrangements.

6. Rules : Normal Municipal rules and regulations apply within Fleur Park.

7. Alcohol usage : Guests are not permitted to consume alcohol on the streets, lawns and beach of Fleur Park.

8. Damages : Caused by guests to the common property of the Park will be recovered from the Guests and will be deducted from their deposit.

9. Noise : Loud music, excessive noise, alcohol abuse & drug use is not permitted.No noise between 23H00 and 09h00 is allowed. No playing of music from the vehicles at all. No noise is permitted, if it is such, that it is a disturbance to the neighbours in the surrounding cottages. Please reframe from loud talking and screaming, specifically on the verandas of the cottages.

10. Access to the beach : Kindly make use of the access roads to the beach.

11. Fires : are only permitted in the designated braai areas.

12. Pets : Guests are not permitted to bring along pets to Fleur Park.

13. Parking/Driving : Only 2 vehicles per chalet are allowed. Vehicles must be parked in carports, up ramps and in areas that do not obstruct the other guests or residents. Driving between the houses and unnecessary driving over the lawns is not permitted.

14. Refuse : Please do not dump / throw or leave shells / stones / gravel / bones on the grass

15. No playing of ball games between the houses or the parked cars.

Guests that do not adhere to the above rules will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit ALL MONIES PAID.
