6 Kingston Place is a private self-catering apartment, for 4 adults, in Marina Martinique Aston Bay, a suburb of Jeffrey's Bay in the Eastern Cape. The Security Estate is on the canals where annual swim events take place, and visitors may enjoy swimming, sailing, fishing or rowing.
This top second-floor open-plan apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has 2 three-quarter beds. The second bathroom has a shower. A hairdryer, linen, bath and swim towels as well as clothes hangers are provided. There is a small safe with key in the bedroom.
An open plan lounge and kitchen lead onto a private sunny balcony, extending the space by opening up the sliding doors. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, iron board, washing basket, and dryer stand for drying clothes or use the communal drying area for large bedding. Brooms, buckets and some cleaning materials are provided. Enjoy the view of nature from the kitchen window. Starter tea, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided.
Enjoy braais while lounging on the outdoor chairs. Braai utensils are provided. A lamp and light for use during loadshedding are provided. Wi-Fi is available on the premises for TV streaming.
Walk to the outside gym and small reserve within the Marina. Enjoy views of the wildlife. The covered parking available for one vehicle is near the stairs. Parking for a trailer can be arranged.
Clapton's and Aston Bay Beaches are nearby, with two beach restaurants, a short drive away. The Marina has its own restaurant with a small beach. There is a convenient superette, bottle store and restaurant in Aston Bay. Shopping facilities and many restaurants, The Fountains and Equinox Malls, Spar, and Checkers are nearby in Jeffrey's Bay.
