The complex is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, with access to Willard Beach and the communal swimming pool within the complex. The complex offers reception areas and elevators to the sixth floor, 1-level apartment.
The apartment offers beach and sea views, as well as Travertine tiles, stainless-steel fittings, electronic equipment and luxurious furnishings. The apartment comprises an entrance hall, an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, a guest toilet, and 2 en-suite bedrooms, with a shower and bath in each. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds, accommodating 4 guests in total. The main en-suite bathroom also has a bidet.
The open-plan Miele-fitted kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, and features a scullery and a breakfast bar. The open-plan living area comprises a dining table and chairs, and a lounge area with an LCD TV with selected DStv channels. The apartment is fitted with uncapped high-speed WIFI. The living area and the main bedroom both lead out onto a patio, from where guests can enjoy uninterrupted sea views.
