Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Guests are required to bring their own beach umbrella and beach towels.
The apartment is serviced daily, except for Sundays and public holidays.
Please be advised that a fully refundable breakage deposit of R 2500, is payable by the tenant. This will be invoiced separately by the owner, once final payment has been received. In addition, there is a non-refundable linen charge of R 675 per week, which will also be separately invoiced directly to the tenant, by the owner.
Please note that the daily cleaning service is included in the cost and is compulsory, in order to maintain the high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
The apartment also has a generator with full running capability to utilise all appliances and amenities, including air-conditioning, during load shedding.
