Very disappointing apartment.

There is nothing modern about 69 Perissa. Everything is broken, window blinds, burglar bars, furniture, the list is long. No aircon, no safe, no change of bed linen. One set of keys for 6 people. Outdoor recliner cushions are filthy. Kitchen very poorly equipped. Only positive is the view. Owners not helpful.

Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at our beach apartment. The safe and air-con are not listed as amenities for our property. Unfortunately, there was only one cracked blind strip and one burglar bar had become unscrewed which has been repaired. Because we live in SA, which is water-scarce, linen is changed every 7 nights. If a guest requires more than that they are welcome to request an additional change at an added fee. There is also a convenient washing machine and tumble drier for those in-between emergencies should they occur. The kitchen is fully equipped as per other guests' comments. A second set of keys would have been supplied. Guests were 4 adults and 2 children. Any issues reported are resolved, by the next working day (or sooner) by our maintenance and cleaning company. Our booking confirmation letter advises guests to bring a padlock or two to lock the bedroom cupboards for any valuables. We do strive to provide high-level service to our guests.

Absolutely perfect. The kids had a ball. The pool is lovely and the unit was clean and spacious.

Lovely stay and would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely stay at 69 Perissa, it is clean and spacious. It is well located, about 2.5 km from Ballito Junction Mall and an impressive Super Spar. Although fully equipped, no need to cook as there are so many restaurants and take aways in the vicinity. Beautiful view from the balcony! An altogether wonderful week and highly recommended.
