Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Extra costs:
- A refundable breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is charged per booking made.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded after inspection, should there be no breakages or damages to the property.
- The balance must be paid in full 1 week before arrival.
House rules and other things to note:
- Guests will also be sent a separate booking contract to read through and complete, which must be sent back to the agent.
- No arrivals accepted on Christmas Day or Day of Goodwill or the 01st January.
- No cleaning is done during the occupation.
- No student bookings or parties/events permitted.
- Smoking/vaping is not permitted in the unit.
- No pets of any kind are allowed.
-All properties have DStv connection; clients must bring their own decoders, smart cards and cables. PVR decoders are not compatible.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
