7 Londiani offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished 3-bedroom apartment situated in a secure complex in Manaba Beach, Margate. The complex is conveniently located just 250 m from Lucien Beach and Manaba Spar grocery store.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom contains 2 single beds and the third bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan.
The apartment also comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for guests convenience. The living area has air-conditioning, and leads onto an enclosed balcony with a partial side view of the sea.
The complex features a communal braai area as well as a communal swimming pool for guests to enjoy. DStv is available on request at an additional daily charge. Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels as only bath towels are provided. An optional cleaning service can also be arranged for an additional charge.
