8 Bayview Terrace offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished, vintage-style 2-bedroom house, situated in the upmarket suburb of De Waterkant in Cape Town. This lovely home has a quaint cottage feel with spacious rooms and bathrooms.
The restored cottage comprises 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-plan living area which leads out to the garden patio and splash pool, ideal for those hot summer days. From here guests can enjoy views of Cape Town harbour and the Waterfront in the distance. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has a separate bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher for guests' convenience. The living area has a dining table and chairs, a fireplace, and is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, a DVD player, and a CD/iPod music station. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, and guests have access to secure parking in a remote-controlled garage, 24-hour security, and an alarm system.
The splash pool is located on the front terrace, in a beautiful courtyard with outdoor furniture, a water feature, and an outdoor braai area. The house also features a roof deck terrace with sun loungers and an umbrella; an ideal spot for private sunbathing.
