Description

8 Sunset Drive is a beautiful, spacious, self-catering, holiday home located in St Francis Bay in the Eastern Cape. The house is situated on the channels of the Marina Glades and brims with wildlife and beautiful views.

The house comprises 6 rooms, of which 4 are on the top floor, 1 on the ground floor and 1 above the garage.

The spacious living areas are on the ground floor and feature a 10-seater dining table as well as a bar area with bar stools, a small fridge, an ice machine and ample storage space. There is also a pool table, TV, music centre and a couch. The lounge has big coffee tables, a TV with DVD player and a fireplace. Large sliding doors lead onto the wood deck and boasts a beautiful view of the canal from the lounge.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. The scullery has a dishwasher, washing machine and ironing facilities.

The indoor braai area features gas and wood-burning braai, with large sliding doors leading onto the wooden deck from which the jetty runs out onto the water. There is a large, 6-seater table as well as an adjacent, open area with lazy chairs a coffee table with sliding doors opening onto the lawn.

On the wooden deck, there is a small table with chairs. Guests also have access to secure parking on the premises during their stay.

The sea, which is within easy reach allows guests access to some of the best surfing spots. St. Francis offers all of the necessary shops, places to eat and visit, and also has 2 golf courses, of which the Links course is well-known. It's also near numerous nature reserves, ideal for day trips.
