A short path leads to the beautiful garden at the front of the main house, that attracts many garden birds for guests to enjoy. A communal braai area and fire pit is available to use for those long summer evenings or to snuggle around in the early winter evenings.

A lovely spacious 2 bedroom cottage dates back to the early 1900’s and exposes it’s age with beautiful high ceilings, wooden floors and an abundance of old world charm. It has been lovingly restored and decorated and forms part of the main house. Sleeping 5 guests, makes Lavender ideal for families and small groups travelling together. As you enter the cottage through it’s own private entrance, there is an entrance hall, 2 large separate bedrooms (twins), a cosy warm lounge area with a single day bed. The well sized sunny kitchen, is fully equipped and has a dining area. There is a full bathroom with a shower-over-bath, fresh fluffy towels and basic toiletries. The covered veranda overlooks the beautiful garden, that attracts many garden birds for guests to enjoy. A communal braai area and fire pit is available to use for those long summer evenings or to snuggle around in the early winter evenings. A Weber is provided in the enclosed courtyard to the back of the cottage.
