9 Baluwatu is an immaculate and spacious townhouse located in the secure Uluwatus complex.

The house consists of 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms located on the first floor. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The main bedroom boasts lovely views of the fairways and conservation areas. The remaining 2 bedrooms both contain a queen-size bed and share a bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath.

The living room leads into an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and dining room with ample seating for the whole family. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living room offers comfortable seating and a TV. Just outside the sliding doors you will find a sheltered braai area with outdoor furniture, overlooking the garden and golf course. The unit also offers a double garage.
