9 on Aquavista is a lovely villa situated on the banks of the Sundays River in Colchester, just 4.6 km from the entrance to the Addo Elephant National Park. This tastefully furnished villa features a swimming pool and garden area which faces the river, an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the view. The property uses renewable energy and is not affected by loadshedding.
The villa comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each contain a king-size bed and the other 2 bedrooms have a queen-size bed in each. Both bath and shower facilities are available. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher for convenience. The open-plan living area features an indoor braai area and a lounge with a TV with selected DStv channels. Wi-Fi is available. The living area leads out to the lovely garden and pool area, with views of the river.
Guests have access to outdoor braai facilities, and a private jetty where they can park their own boat. Parking is available on site.
