9 The Pin is the ideal holiday stay for families and nature lovers and offers luxury accommodation home away from home that will leave everyone refreshed from the busy city.

The house has a battery back-up power system with an inverter to run some lights and the TV in the event of electricity outage.

This spacious house has a sleeping capacity of 12 guests and comprises 6 air-conditioned bedrooms of which 4 are en-suite and located on the first floor. There's also a lounge area with tea- and coffee-making facilities on the first floor. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed boasting direct access to the private balcony for those cold sundowners and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a large jet bath, sauna shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom comprises a queen-size bed and has access to its own private balcony while the third and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with queen-size beds and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with either a bath or a shower, as well as a basin, and toilet. The fifth bedroom has a double bed while the sixth bedroom has 2 single beds, and they share the use of the guest's bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The house also has a separate toilet. All linen and towels are provided.

On the ground floor, there’s a fully equipped air-conditioned kitchen with a gas and electric stove, oven, microwave, 2 fridge-freezers, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a centrally located breakfast island with chairs. In addition, there’s a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience.

The kitchen expands into the dining area with table seating for 8 and has big windows allowing maximum light, with views of the pool and the garden. Leading from the dining area is the lounge area that has comfy seating, with a TV and a bar area. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The lounge leads out onto the patio that has outdoor furniture and overlooks the swimming pool which guests can enjoy. Braai facilities are available on the property as well as a lovely jungle gym for the kids.

This property has ample parking space on the premises and is surrounded by the beauty of nature.
