90 Lakewood Villa is a modern and sophisticated holiday villa in the prestigious Lakewood Golf Estate in Fernkloof, Hermanus. This spacious home is set in a security estate overlooking the golf course.
This double storey home can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms each fitted with a TV. There are 3 bedrooms located upstairs. The air-conditioned main bedroom contains a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a double washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Both bedrooms have balconies overlooking the golf course. The third bedroom contains a double, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. This bedroom has a north-facing balcony with mountain views. There is also a study with a kitchenette, TV, fan, and heater. Guests can enjoy beautiful mountain views from the north-facing balcony.
The fourth bedroom is located downstairs and contains a double, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. There is also a guest bathroom. Also downstairs is a state-of-the-art kitchen and a big open plan living area with 2 living rooms, one with flat-screen TV and fan and the other with glass doors opening up to the patio and manicured garden. Free Wi-Fi access is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, ice machine, pod coffee machine, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools, a walk-in pantry, a walk-in wine fridge, and a scullery with a washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area has seating space for 10 people, and an entertainment area with an 8-seater table, a big fireplace, gas braai as well as charcoal and wood braai.
