Description
A Green Hideout is a lovely self-catering heritage house with character from the 1950s located in central Knysna. The inviting house has been renovated and boasts high ceilings, wooden floors and personal touches.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and contains 3 bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is 1 main bathroom that contains a shower fixed over the bath, a toilet, and a washbasin. There is an additional guest toilet, and an outside cold water shower.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove, gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. The kitchen opens to a north-facing patio with outdoor furniture where you can braai. The dining and living area are open-plan. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table. The lounge contains a cosy fireplace and a flat-screen TV. There is also WiFi available. The house has a wraparound verandah with views of the lagoon and the Knysna heads.
This house has an inverter and a battery for loadshedding.
There is a 400-square metre, lush unmanicured garden with a decked seating area under the palm trees. Parking is available on-site, behind an electric motor gate.
