Description
A Seaside Place is situated on the world-famous Long Beach, Kommetjie. Well known for its excellent and consistent surf, it draws people from all over. It also has a beautiful beach for families and couples to enjoy the long lazy days, with the Chapmans Peak mountains as a backdrop. Very safe and secure position.
The cottage is attached to the owner's main house. This private and fully-fitted flat consists of 1 main bedroom with a luxurious queen-sized Bali bed, plus a lounge that also can accommodate an extra guest or 2 small children. There is a shower and toilet plus a kitchen which leads out onto a lovely garden with braai area and bench. A variety of birds are attracted to the garden. There is also DStv and good Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a large fridge, stove/oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster, plus all crockery and cutlery, pots, and pans.
The unit is situated close to Long Beach Mall, with all the main shops like Pick n Pay, Woolworths, Clicks, Food Lovers Market, Mr Price Ocean Basket, and Vodacom. There is also a Checkers Hypermarket and shopping mall with a variety of stores including Dischem. There are many different walks in and around the area as well as Noordhoek Village Market, close by with its famous homemade bread and excellent coffee. Kommetjie boasts an extremely friendly and village-type community. Quaint little shops within walking distance, with restaurants and 3 excellent coffee shops, where you can mingle with the locals and overseas tourists alike.
