The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a separate shower and a separate bath. The third bedroom contains a bunker bed with a separate toilet and washbasin. Other facilities includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with all the necessaties with a fireplace/braai in the lounge area. It has a private outside stoep and braai area available also with stunning seaviews. The two main bedrooms and the lounge have flatscreen TV's available with DSTV. There is a few steps to the unit.

It is only 145km from Cape Town. Jacobsbaai is close to amenities, such as a private hospital, golf courses, a shopping mall, restaurants, and many more. It is the perfect place to break away from city life where you can relax and swim in the Atlantic Ocean, stroll down the beach or just sit and watch the breathtaking sunsets with a glass of good South African wine. There is still lots to do for the adrenalin junkies and thrill seekers, such as surfing, sailing, wind and kite surfing, kayaking, crayfish diving, deep-sea fishing, mountain biking, hiking and many more.
