The cleaning fee for 2-bedroom apartments is N$ 288,
The cleaning fee for 3 bedroom apartments is N$ 403,
The cleaning fee for free-standing houses is N$ 690.
The cleaning fee is for cleaning of the establishment after you have departed.
***Guests required to make contact with us 24-hours prior to arrival in order to confirm their arrival time.
You are kindly requested to bring your own beach/swimming towels.
Keys must please not be separated or removed from the key ring or holder.
No parties are allowed.
No smoking is allowed in our apartments/houses.
Guests are liable for any damages incurred during their stay.
No pets are allowed.
No washing of cars or cleaning of fish is allowed on or in front of the premises.
If the apartment you are renting is in a complex you are required to abide by the house rules of the Body Corporate.
Check ins will only be done until 18:00.
On departure guests must ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
Guests should make sure the alarm is activated on departure.
