A quaint little thatch cottage within 5 minutes walk of the beach and Noordhoek’s popular bar and restaurant, Red Herring. This cottage is small and rustic, but full of character and charm with a lovely mountain view to add. It is double-storey with a large indigenous garden, trampoline, and swimming pool, ideal for a close knit family of 6 with kids.

The main bedroom has an extra-length king-size bed, doors that open onto a wooden deck with lovely mountain views, while the second bedroom has a double bed. There is also a children's room equipped with 2 single beds and a cot. The unit has 1 shared family bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower.

There is a lovely, bright and well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar counter and a separate laundry with a washing machine, but no tumble dryer. The kitchen is open-plan and leads to the dining area and lounge, which is equipped with a flat-screen TV.

The home has a cleaning service 3 times weekly in addition to a weekly garden service.

This is the spot for a family wanting to enjoy Noordhoek on foot. Take a stroll to the beach, or Noordhoek’s beautiful common , enjoy a sundowner on Red Herring’s Beach Bar deck or merely chill at home in the garden with a South African beer, enjoying a Weber braai and the pink evening sky.
