House Rules
Amount of guests is strictly according to the number of guests booked and paid for.
The enquiry must show the amount of children as well - all ages.
This house sleeps a maximum 4 people only - this includes children of all ages. Please note not suitable for small children, as the 2nd bedroom is totally separate from the main house.
Day visitors, extra guests staying over, parties, loud music, and smoking indoors are not allowed.
Guests must bring their own beach towels.
Guests are not allowed to have food and alcohol at the pool area, as well as smoking, music, parties, or inflatable toys are prohibited.
Ahoy 1 is pet-friendly but by prior arrangement only.
Only socially friendly pets are welcome.
Owners must bring their own pet beds, bedding and towels. Sofas and beds are strictly for human use only.
Pets are not to be left by themselves under any circumstances, both inside and outside the house.
Pet owners are responsible for all damage caused by pets, either by teeth, claws, bad potty training or territorial markings.
All hair left behind by pets is the sole responsibility of the pet owner and should be cleaned up before departure.
Pets are not allowed in communal areas, i.e. swimming pool areas, if there area already other guests there.
Stays of 6 days or longer, receive 1 refresh cleaning service
- change of bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen cloths.
- sweeping and mopping of house
- cleaning of bathrooms and refilling of toilet paper (2 rolls per toilet)
- sweeping of the patio and cleaning of the braai area.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged at an additional cost.
