Description

Allesreg B1 is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, situated in Manaba Beach. The complex is within close proximity to the Blue Flag Lucien Beach.

This apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. The unit consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and features an en-suite shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom, which also has a shower, basin, and toilet.

Please note: We and the body corporate do not allow parties, noise, loud music or overloading.

The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, an oven with a stove a microwave and washing machine. The living area has a TV with OpenView and a DStv connection point. Please remember to bring your own smart card, cables and decoder if you want to watch DStv. The lounge leads out to the verandah, which features a built-in braai area.

Undercover parking is available for 1 car. The complex is nearby to restaurants, a Spar supermarket, and a drive from other attractions in the Margate area.
