Description
The top level unit is an open-plan apartment and comprises a king-size bed, a day couch/narrow single bed (suitable for a small child), breakfast nook, indoor braai and lounge area. The separate bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin.The kitchen is also separate, and well-equipped for self-catering. It contains a 2-plate induction stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery, as well as dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge area has a comfortable lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with basic DSTV decoder. A sliding door opens onto a wooden deck which has a table and bench seating. PLEASE NOTE! -The high deck, multiple steps and terraced garden with gravel and sharp aloe plants is unsafe for toddlers. - The couch is a narrow single bed, more suitable for a child than an adult.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, washing machine, 2-plate induction stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is a dining table and also a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge has 2 futon couches which open out as double beds and a built-in braai area. The unit has a TV with basic DSTV decoder. The living area opens up onto a grassy area which has a table with bench seating. PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is reached by a flight of steps. These are wide and easy with rails, and lights at night, but guests must be able to negotiate stairs!
