Description

Alomsee 16 is a modern and beautifully decorated self-catering apartment with a Mediterranean theme. It offers breathtaking sea views from the bedrooms, sitting area and balcony area, hence the name Alomsee. It is in Ramsgate, 900 m from the main beach and famous Waffle house.

This apartment accommodates 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen and lounge area. All 3 bedrooms have double beds. Two of the bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, bath and shower and 1 bathroom with a toilet and shower. All linen and towels are provided, guests only need to bring their own beach towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher. The lounge area has a comfortable lounge set with 8 seats and a flat-screen TV with OpenView channels.

There is a spacious, sheltered balcony next to the lounge area with aluminium-stacked windows that offer panoramic sea views. The balcony has an 8-seater dining table, as well as a built-in gas braai and a counter with windows opening onto the kitchen.

This property has an inverter system that provides backup power to the property during loadshedding.

There is a double garage with automatic doors. There is also parking for visitors in front of the garages. The Ramsgate Blue Flag beach is approximately 400 m from the unit, and there are also shops and restaurants nearby.
