Baie goeie ligging in terme van Kaapstad-stadion en die Waterfront is loopafstand van alles. Goedversorgde eenheid en goeie kliëntediens van die eienaars. Slaapbank nie werklik geskik vir kinders van 10 jaar en ouer nie.
