Amazibu 504 is situated in a secure complex in Amanzimtoti, a coastal town renowned for its subtropical climate and stretch of golden beaches. It is a popular tourist destination, particularly with surfers, and divers visiting the world-famous Aliwal Shoal off the coast.

The 3-bedroom unit, located on the fifth floor, can accommodate 7 guests and offers guests stunning views of the beach and ocean. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and its en-suite bathroom has a shower. The second bedroom contains 3 single beds while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second and third bedroom makes use of a shared bathroom fitted with a bath.

The kitchen features a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and a washing machine. There is uncapped high-speed wifi on the property which is also very ideal for those who may wish to work during the holidays. The living area has a smart TV which is equipped with Netflix, and Amazon Prime among other programs. There is a free-standing breakfast counter with stools, and a dining table, and opens onto a sea-facing balcony.

The complex enjoys direct access to a safe swimming beach through an access-controlled gate while parking, a communal braai area, and a laundry line are also available. The apartment building is accessed via a remote-controlled gate.

The entire complex is free from a load-shedding schedule.
