House Rules
Balance to be paid in cash on arrival and to receive the keys.
Refundable breakage/cleaning deposit of R1000. If anything is broken or lost you will forfeit the deposit. Guests need to make sure the unit is clean, as when they first arrived, if not they will be charged a cleaning fee which is subtracted from the breakage/cleaning fee deposit.
Cleaning fees for long stays are for guests own account. We provide an extra set of linen for long stays, in order for guests to have their linen laundered at their own cost. Out of season - minimum of 3 nights.
High season, April and September holidays 7 nights.
December/January, Christmas and New Year - minimum of 14 nights.
We welcome long term accommodation at a discounted rate.
Wi-Fi is provided, however Telkom data can be purchased by guests at P&P and elsewhere.
DStv is set for guest use at their own cost, payment for every 30 days as from the 1st of every month.
Minimum stay is 3 days maximum 30 day discounted rates. Guests should pick the keys up en drop it off at Anne Hammer and Tongs Garden Centre. The security office will pass on the keys if pick up time is after 6:30 pm and drop off before 8:30 am.
