We will be back.

From the first contact we felt well cared for. We have a well-behaved Jack Russell with anxiety disorder, so we needed a place to stay that would cater for him as well as ourselves. Debbie readily advised an initial offsite meet with Elvis the Boerbol, who is the most adorable gentle giant. Although we were delayed in traffic, and therefore late in arriving, Allan cheerfully met us outside and we followed him to the nearby park where we implemented Tania Catalino's instruction on introducing the dogs. Success! Allan was so patient and friendly with us. Back at the Guesthouse Allan showed us how everything works and made us feel as if we were at home. We had a lovely, quiet garden with a pool, and enjoyed family visiting us for a braai, for which Allan organised extra chairs, table, umbrella, braai, charcoal, firelighters, braai implements, extra dishes, tablecloth and even a pretty net cover. This despite him having an extremely full day himself! On our first day we needed to shop for golf shoes after inadvertently leaving the golf kit bag behind. Allan took us to a shopping centre close by, and assisted us in shopping, as well as my husband getting a necessary haircut whilst we enjoyed a welcome cappuccino. A truly wonderful 8 day stay with a warm and friendly couple who did their utmost to make our stay as enjoyable as can be. We will definitely return.
