Extremely disappointed.

The place was poorly maintained and not prepared for guests. No towels, no plug for bath, no hot water, emergency lights not working.

Warm Oasis in koue na lang pad.

Ons het laataand aangekom, en was gasvry en vriendelik ontvang. Die kamer voorsien lekker warm beddegoed en 'n warm kombers met koffie, tee ens. Ons het net oorgeslaap, maar sal beslis terug gaan en dalk 'n dag langer wil bly om die mooi plek te geniet.

Ideaal vir n besigheidsreis en 'n vinnige stop. Ons het wel nie ontbyt geneem nie so kan net selfsorg aanbeveel. Gesametlike braai area nie aanbeveel indien meer privaatheid gesoek word nie, maar wat wel goed kan werk vir 'n groep wat saam oorbly in Kokstad. Hout word voorsien.

Waarde vir geld. Alles was mooi skoon en netjies.

Pragtig skoon en netjiese geriewe. Waarde vir geld om 'n aand of twee oor te bly. Kantoor/admin se personeel nie te vriendelik gewees nie, maar die skoonmakers en ander personeel was baie vriendelik gewees. Sal dit aanbeveel.

Dit is nie ’n hotel. Dit is meer soos 'n motel, geen restaurant of kroeg. Was teleurgesteld.

Very good service, neat and safe. Spacious and luxurious rooms.

Not critique - we didn't have warm water to shower at night, only the next morning. Please just take a look at that.
