Apartment 10 Villa Grace is a third-floor self-catering apartment located in the secure Villa Grace complex in Freeland Park in the coastal town of Scottburgh. The complex is a 20 minute drive from Galleria shopping centre, and just 30 minutes from Durban. It is a 4 minute drive from the main beach where life guards are on duty, and there is also a beautiful lagoon.

This upstairs apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an additional guest toilet, a kitchen, and an open-plan dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The bathroom contains a shower, a bath, and a washbasin.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave and kettle. The dining room contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge features a flat-screen TV, and a sleeper couch that can accommodate 2 additional guests. The living area opens to a balcony with views.
