House Rules
The apartment is part of a quiet block of flats and therefore the privacy and comfort of other residents needs to be respected. Please note that under no circumstances will loud music, shouting or parties be accepted. Guests may be asked to leave if these rules are not adhered to (residents will notify me of this kind of behavioUr). If this is the case, you will be refunded the balance of your stay and less a cleaning and admin fee of R650.
Breakage deposits will be refunded within 7 days provided that no breakages are noted on the day that the accommodation is vacated.
Disclaimer: The apartment is on the 3rd floor, parents/guardians take full responsibility for their kids when navigating the stairs or using the patio.
There is a cleaning service available, however this will be at your own cost. If you require this service please contact me and it can be arranged. You will pay this service fee directly to the cleaning lady.
On entering the apartment , please turn on the main switches on the db board which is in the kitchen above the stove . Please also turn on the water valve at the toilet. These turned of as precautionary measures.
There is no smoking in the apartment. there is an ashtray placed on the patio for your convenience. Please use the patio for your smoking needs. It would be appreciated if this rule be adhered to as it prevents burn marks on carpets, couches etc. It is also difficult to remove tobacco smells from furniture once it has penetrated.
