Arbeidsgenot 3 is a modern furnished self-catering unit on street level that is located across the road from Herolds Bay Beach.

This triple storey unit can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms,1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a great view. The second bedroom contains a double bed. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a basin and a toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher and washer dryer combo. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels.

The living area opens up onto a lovely deck area which has braai facilities. The patio offers uninterrupted views of the beach and the ocean.

A lock-up garage and additional parking in front of the garage is provided.

Herolds Bay is surrounded by fynbos, and guests can go walking and bird watching or golfing at the Oubaai, Fancourt, Kingswood or George golf course. Other activities in Garden Route include walking, fishing, swimming, surfing, mountain biking, and much more.
