The en-suite bathroom has an extra entrance to the lounge and is fitted with a bath, shower and toilet. There is an open-plan lounge and kitchen, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, utensils, a fridge, microwave, oven and stove and washing machine. Other facilities include full package premium DStv, a DVD player and Wi-Fi. The suite sliding door opens onto a covered private entrance, garden table, chairs, own private braai area, and a lovely view of the water feature and the garden and abundant bird life .

The African Suite is the main unit in Ascot Villa and can be connected to the Mountain and or Fountain Suite, to accommodate larger families. In the African suite, there are 2 bedrooms both en-suite. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed while the second bedroom has twin single beds. The main bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower and toilet, while the second bathroom has a shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove and washing machine. There is a large lounge with leather couches, a full premium package DStv, a DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a dining room that can seat 10 people. The sliding doors from the lounge open onto a covered patio with a garden table and 6 chairs and has a private braai area and lovely views of the indigenous garden. African suite shares a 100 m covered outdoor patio with the neighboring Fountain Suite, so it is ideal for large group entertaining when booked together.
