Description

Ascot Gardens is a self-catering accommodation in Cape Town's Southern Suburb of Bergvliet. Constantia Valley is ideally situated in the quiet safe residential area of Bergvliet, within a 20 to 30-minute drive from Cape Town City, the waterfront, beaches and the airport.

The 3 fully equipped private self-catering suites comprise the African 2-bedroom unit, which accommodates 4 or a maximum of 6 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The Fountain suite accommodates 2 or a maximum of 4 guests and comprises 1 bedroom furnished with a king-size bed which can be converted into 2 twin beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The first-floor Mountain Suite accommodates up to 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom furnished with 2 twin beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The entire Ascot Villa can sleep 10 to 14 guests.

All units have a private entrance and covered outdoor patios. Bigger Fountain and African units have their own private braai areas. Wi-Fi, TV with full premium DStv package, DVDs, music centres, clock radios, wall safes, and ceiling fans.

All bed linen, bath towels, utensils, and crockery are provided. There is an ironing board and iron in each suite. Garbage bags, toilet rolls, dishwashing liquid, and dish towels are provided.

Washing machines are provided in both African and Fountain suites with washing lines nearby.

Secure, off-street parking bays are accessed via a remote-controlled security gate.

The owner, Barry, lives on an adjoining property and therefore does not encroach on guests' privacy, or allow other guests to disturb the quiet and peaceful garden surrounding.
