The Beach House offers simple but delightful self-catering accommodation, and is located in the seaside village of Pearly Beach. The property is situated approximately 40 m from the beach and is ideal for a tranquil beach break.

This holiday home can accommodate 4 guests and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan living area. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a bath. There are two outside showers as well. The open-plan well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, 2 gas hobs, and a selection of crockery, cutlery and utensils to use. There's no oven.

The adjacent dining area has a dining table with seating where guests can enjoy their meals together, a sofa to relax on, and a ceramic fireplace in the lounge to use on cold days. The living area leads out to the terrace, and there is a braai area in the garden for guests to use. The garden is absolutely private, with an outdoor shower, protected by indigenous vegetation. The property is not fenced (most of the properties in Pearly aren't, it's a safe spot).

It has an LTE Wi-Fi router, the signal is on and off. Pearly Beach is almost the end of the world, so there may be Wi-Fi signal, but don't count on it. The house has no TV.
