Description
Assegai Rest is in the picturesque Klaasvoogds Valley, in a private and secluded setting, perfect for rest and relaxation. Very close to the small Boland town of Robertson filled with exciting things to do, stunning wine estates and great restaurants. Situated on a farm at the foot of the Langeberg Mountains, with spectacular mountain views and rolling farmlands around. Only 15 km from the town of Robertson on Route 62, just under 2 hours from Cape Town.
Facilities in Assegai House include 4 double bedrooms, sleeping 8 guests. 2 bedrooms are fitted with double beds and 2 bedrooms with single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen which includes an oven and a microwave. Linen and towels are provided. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 bathroom is fitted with a shower and the other with a bath. There is a private garden and patio as well as an inside fireplace and an outside braai area. Sparkling swimming pool in the field next to the house.
A massage therapist is on-site to treat you while you are on your break. The field archery shooting is a lot of fun for families. Enjoy the walks and hikes on the farm or relax with a good book in the hammocks. Rainy days can be enjoyed indoors with board and card games next to the fireplace.
