Stay was pleasant, but absolutely no communication from the hosts.

We were not sure whether we were allowed to use the milk in the cupboard, but used it anyway. We were simply handed keys and shown the way to the unit. I would recommend the hosts communicate with the guests as there are a lot of things in the unit (it appears as though someone is currently living there) and one is not sure what is available to use and what is not. Simply handing over keys, without saying a word, is definitely not a good way of making guests feel welcome.
