House Rules
Weekends require a minimum stay of 2 nights
The estate has a borehole and backup water storage tanks.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Pets are not allowed.
The estate does not permit day visitors or extra overnight visitors not listed in the booking and is strictly controlled.
This is strictly a non-smoking unit and as such there are no smoking facilities available.
Quiet times after 22:00.
No parties allowed.
Use of all the amenities at the estate is free and used at its own risk.
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate arrivals after 7pm. Please take note when making your travel plans.
A daily cleaning service is available for an additional rate for washing and daily servicing and is not included in the rate unless specified. A basic cleaning service is provided once a week for stays that are longer than 7 days. This includes the making of beds, changing of sheets, and cleaning of the unit.
Guests must provide a copy of their ID or driver's license before arrival.
Please note that, unfortunately, students or matriculants are not accepted. If parents book and accompany on their behalf then they will be asked to leave on arrival without a refund.
Loadshedding: Please note that our estate is not exempt from the current loadshedding power outages experienced in South Africa. No refunds will be given for early departures due to loadshedding.
