Pragtige plek, skoon en netjies asook smaakvol toegerus.

Vriendelike ontvangs, baie behulpsaam om ons karavaan geparkeer te kry, goed toegeruste oopplan-kamer/kombuis/sitkamer tipe opset, selfs ook wat lessenaars beskikbaar het indien jy wil werk doen. TV en WiFi beskikbaar. Regtig waarde vir geld. Omgewing net 'n bietjie besig ten opsigte van verkeer maar in ag genome, die skole het die 15de Januarie geopen!

Not good at all.

Upon arrival, I struggled to find the place as there are very little signs to indicate where the place is as it's situated behind a local business building. Second, after parking my car in front of the business because there weren’t any signs indicating where I should park, a lady came out and asked me if she can help, I said yes, I'm looking for the accommodation place. She first looked at me with a blanked and confused expression, then I noticed that I needed to say something more so I said that I booked and I'm staying here tonight. Then she said, she is going to call someone, and I can I move my car, she needs to go, not telling me where I need to park nothing not even please! So I moved my car. After that, a guy came out to assist me and took me to the room. We went to the room and I found it to be very clean, big and nice. I said I plan on going to the shops and will return later, and so I left again. I returned a few hours later and went in my room, only to find out there is no water, so called the guy and asked what is the problem. He then came to my room and stated that there are water issues in the area, and that I myself need to walk down to the gym that is across of the accommodation place and need to go and ask them to use their showers. I found the lack of service, identification (I did not know who I was speaking to) and pre-planning (if you know you have someone booked in for the night the appropriate thing to do is to notify them and let them know that there is no water) to be extremely unprofessional. I thought to myself I need to walk to the gym and go and have a shower and come back. That was a little bit embarrassing, but I had worse before, and so on I went. Coming back to the room only to find out that the room does not have any glasses, as its a self-catering and should at least have glasses to drink out of. It should be stated that the self-catering facility doesn’t have cutlery. So in short, I travel every day of my life all over SA and I’ve been to great places and very bad places, but I do feel that if you’re going to take my money, you need to make sure that you at least provide me with some sort of a service. The issue is that the owners did not inform me of the water issues, which I don’t really believe it was a problem in the area because the gym had water and they had the sprinklers on to water the grass outside. I'm very passionate about service and I work in retail where service is what makes or break your business. So just something to think about because I’m not very pleased. I called a different place that same night and asked to book my next day their. The the lady told me upfront their is a water issues but she has made plans for her guests. That is service. The bed was comfortable.

The accommodation met all our needs.

Our accommodation was good, but had no view. It would be good if there were mats next to the bed because the floors are tiled. The rooms are in a backyard of a commercial business and parking was secure. Unfortunately, they have large dogs and the place smelled like dog poo.

Die verblyf het aan ons behoeftes voldoen.

Ons verblyfplek was goed, maar geen uitsig nie. Dit sou goed wees as daar matjies langs die bed sou wees aangesien als geteel is. Die kamers is in n agterplaas van 'n kommersiële besigheid en parkering was veilig. Ongelukkig het hulle groot honde en die plek het na honde mis geruik.

Gerieflik.

Die wooneenheid is baie gerieflik, skoon en regtig waarde vir geld. Die eenheid is toegerus met alle elektriese toebehore en baie netjies. Eienaars het ons vriendelik ontvang. Braaigerief is skoon en die eenheid is baie veilig. Die eenheid is naby aan winkels geleë en daar is ook 'n restaurant op die perseel. Ons was werklik beïndruk.

Mooi, gerieflik en gemaklik.

Voorwaar 'n baie oulike plekkie. Na 'n paar aande van ongemaklike verblyf en baie vêr ry was daai hemel op aarde. Skoon, baie mooi gemeubileer en baie lekker geslaap. Dankie Droes.
