Please be aware of other guests in terms of parking, visitors of guests are asked to please use the street parking.
Guest house facilities, including upstairs bedrooms, self-cater units, the pool area, are for the exclusive use of paying guests.
Noise is not allowed after 21:00
Swimming is allowed between 07:00 and 20:00 only. Please ensure that the pool gate is kept latched at all times.
Children under 12 yrs old and/or children or who cannot swim must to be supervised at all times by an adult. The automatic pool vacuum cleaner must stay submerged in pool at all times.
Pets are prohibited.
Parties and loud music are not allowed.
The owners, management and staff at Villa Fig are not responsible for any damages, loss or injuries to guests and or visitors that may occur on the property.
