Atlantic Dream is situated overlooking a milkwood forest and the sea alongside a long stretch of white sandy beach in Scarborough, a premiere Atlantic seaboard suburb and conservation village of Cape Town.
Accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. The unit features 4 bathrooms, 2 lounges, dining room, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and games room. Guests have access to a large verandah featuring alfresco dining with mountain and sea views as well as a swimming pool and braai facilities.
The villa has a backup power system that provides electricity supply 24 hours a day.
Secure parking for 4 cars. Children and pet-friendly. A Cleaning service is available on weekdays and linen and towels are provided.
Forty minutes from the Waterfront, ten minutes from Simon's Town; with its many restaurants, fine swimming beaches and naval bustle or Fish Hoek; fine swimming beach, movies and shopping, Boulders Beach; home of the African Penguin and adjacent to Cape Point and Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Scarborough is within easy travelling distance of all the Cape's major attractions.
