Audrey's Vineyard Cottage & Homestead
Description
The Cottage, has an enclosed garden overlooking the mountains and is adjacent to vineyards. The sitting room, dining room and kitchen are open plan. The lounge has a fireplace with some wood provided for winter and air-conditioning for the summer and is adjacent to an enclosed patio. Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi is available.The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 fridges, microwave, stove with an oven and dishwasher in an adjacent scullery plus a laundry with washing machine. It has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, both with showers and sleeps 8 people. Two of the bedrooms are a queen and a double bed. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms can either be made up as twin singles or a king-size double bed. Barbeque facilites and some wood is provided. No smoking in the house. Minimum of 4 adults for a minimum 2 night stay. The Cottage is no longer pet friendly, but guests may enquire and we can discuss it. All water is from a mountain spring. Reservoir with spring water for swimming 90 m away.

Description
The self-catering Annex is a one bedroom cottage next to the vineyards and has a large living room with a patio in front. It sleeps 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) The bedroom has a king-size bed which can be converted to twin single beds. There is also 2 stack beds for children. The kitchenette has a microwave, stove, oven and fridge/freezer. Free Wi-Fi facilities are available. There is a fire-place with some wood provided and DSTV which is linked to the Cottage decoder. The living area has a divan for children to sleep on. The Annex is only hired out for a minimum stay of 2 nights. A house rate applies for all long weekends, special weekends and peak season. No smoking in house.

The Homestead, a 1892 original Victorian farmhouse situated under oak trees, alongside a fenced off dam, with a view of the mountains and overlooking the vineyards. The large sitting room has a fireplace with some wood provided and satellite TV. The big kitchen with Euro-gas stove, 2 fridges, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine in a separate scullery, adjoins a very large patio with stunning views. An inside and outside braai with some wood provided. There are 5 bedrooms, sleeping 11 with 4 bathrooms, 2 en-suite. Two bedrooms are double beds, the others either 2x twin/ or King double bed with an extra single bed in one bedroom. Free Wi-Fi facilities are available. A house rate applies for all long weekends, special weekends and peak season. No smoking in house. Great area with lots of mountain bike trails, good for jogging and walking. Very peaceful with lots of birds. A minimum of 6 adults and minimum 2 night stay. The Homestead is no longer pet friendly.
