A 2 bedroomed apartment situated just off the never-ending stretches of white, sandy beaches of Bloubergstrand, a renowned surfing and wind-surfing paradise, 20 minutes from central Cape Town, Table Mountain, Grand-west Casino and the V&A Waterfront, 10 minutes from Milnerton golf-course, half an hour from Cape Town International Airport. 5 minutes to large shopping malls. Take a short stroll to a variety of restaurants and fast food outlets.
It also offers a magnificent un-interrupted view over the bay onto Cape Town, Table Mountain, Robben Island (where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned), and across the endlessness of the Atlantic. Whales & dolphin sightings from the apartment are not unusual (seasonally). Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the comfort of the lounge, the bedroom, or just relax with sundowners or barbecue on the balcony.
