Balooga Flat 32 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a furnished 3-bedroom apartment with sea views. The apartment is situated in the Balooga complex in Margate, across road from the beach. Margate’s main beach and tidal pool is 550 m from the complex.

The apartment is located on the first floor and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. The second and third smaller bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom with a shower and a bath. Linen and bath towels are provided, and guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area comprises a lounge and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer for guests convenience. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar. The lounge is equipped with a TV with full DStv.

The living area leads onto a verandah with a built-in gas braai. From here, guests can relax and enjoy the lovely sea view with a sundowner, while the kids play on the lawn below. The apartment is serviced daily by a cleaner who will make the beds, clean the bathrooms, sweep the floors and clean the braai area.

The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates and 24-hour security. There is a communal swimming pool in the complex for guests to enjoy, as well as 2 open-bay parking spaces for guests use. The location offers access to beaches, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Margate’s fishing pier is just 850 m from the complex.
