It was fabulous.

We had a good stay except for loadshedding which happened on two conservative days from 20:00 -22:00, there's no solar system at least for lights. We were using our phone torches.

Very nice environment and peaceful!

We had a nice overnight stay at Bamboo, beautifully decorated units. Is private and has amazing birdlife. Was disappointed because the facilities we were offered were actually bed and breakfast and not self catering as originally booked. Fortunately, I was able to plan with food by having it refrigerated at friends. Bamboo is recommended for tourists and honeymooners. Parking was a problem, too little space especially for vans or SUVs.

Perfect place if you want to enter the Knysna events as well as enjoy the festival. Close to everything.
