Cancellation Policy - Custom
Cancellation policy:
Off-peak season (1 May - 30 September)
14-8 days: 50% cancellation fee (full stay)
7 days or less: 100% cancellation fee (full stay)
Peak season (1 October - 30 April)
29-15 days: 50% cancellation fee (full stay)
14 days or less: 100% cancellation fee (full stay)
This deposit will be non-refundable for bookings between 15 December and 15 January.
- A 50% deposit is requested to guarantee the reservation at the time of making the booking.
- Should payment not be received as stipulated, Banhoek Lodge reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
