Barlinka Avenue Self-catering Flatlet is a self-contained flatlet located on the owner’s property in a cul-de-sac in Somerset West close to the main road on the way to Stellenbosch, and a few minutes away from the N2 highway. The unit is on side of the main house and features a private separate entrance.
The apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, separate toilet and a kitchenette. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed, an open bathroom with a shower and a washbasin. This room also features a flat-screen TV with full DStv channels and uncapped Wi-Fi.
The bedroom is connected to the kitchenette by a small corridor. It is well-equipped for basic self-catering and contains a two plate hob, electric frying pan, bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and cutlery and crockery. Storage space is available for bikes, luggage, and sports equipment. There is a shaded outside terrace with braai facilities, two 2 seater benches, a table and umbrella. Safe off road parking is available, inside the property close to your private entrance. There is also space to park a trailer on site. The entire property features state of the art security. The unit will be cleaned once a week for long staying guests at no extra cost. For shorter staying guests a cleaning fee of R175 will be charged if cleaning is requested.
Your hosts are generally at home and it would be their pleasure to help guests with any information or suggestions they might need. They have a good knowledge and experience of all the local restaurants as well as many of the nearby wine farms.
