Battlefields Guest House Volksrust is an up market guest house offering a welcoming home environment for both business and leisure travellers visiting the beautiful town of Volksrust and surrounding areas. Conveniently situated in the main street of Volksrust - opposite the Primary School and a stone throw away from the old Dutch Reformed Church. Sumptuous breakfast, lunch and dinner on request. Spacious bedrooms with quality percale linen. (All rooms are non smoking.) 10 Bedrooms with DStv and a fridge. WiFi zone - Internet connectivity available to keep you in touch with family, friends and work. Conference facility.
Rooms: Our guesthouse has 10 very tastefully decorated, self contained, en suite bedrooms with hotel quality beds, coffee and tea facilities and DStv channels. We can offer double bed or twin bed options. Every room has an en suite bathroom. All rooms lead directly out into the garden area ensuring privacy.
Breakfast and dining: In the morning you can enjoy a delightful English breakfast, served in our lovely modern breakfast room. We also prepare dinner or lunch packs on request at an additional cost.
Guest lounge and private pub facility: A private lounge decorated with a stylish leather lounge suite. A big screen TV for those important sporting events.The pub is only open to residents and opens at 17h00 and closes at 21h00.
Lapa with braai / barbeque facility: Do you feel like preparing your own dinner or lunch? Order a braai pack and make use of our lovely lapa with braai facilities.
Tea Garden and outside tables: Relax outside while watching small town, South Africa, pass you by.
Conference facilities: We offer well organised private conference facilities, up to 20 delegates.
