Taxes and Extras
A once of Cleaning Fee is applicable to every booking.Check-in and key collection:
Keys are to be collected at the office for Whale Watchers between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm weekdays and 09:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays. The address and directions are provided on upon booking confirmation.
If you are due to arrive outside of the office hours, you will need to proceed to the secondary key collection point. After hours check-ins are free between 17:00 and 22:00 weekdays, between 12:00 and 22:00 Saturdays and between 9:00 and 22:00 Sundays. A surcharge of ZAR180 applies to any check-ins between 22:00 and midnight. No check-ins are possible after midnight.
