The 1-bedroom flatlet is spacious and offers lovely views over False Bay and the Hottentot Mountain range. The flatlet comprises a living room and a bedroom with a king-size double bed, an en-suite bathroom, a walk in cupboard and a writing desk. The living room has a sleeper couch and has enough space for a cot and an extra bed. There is full DStv and complimentary Wi-Fi as well as a mini kitchenette with a 2 burner unit, a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The flatlet features large panoramic windows with breath taking views. Please note there is no balcony and no access to the pool from the flatlet. Kindly note, the 1-Bedroom Flatlet does not have a balcony and does not have access to the open-air Jacuzzi.

Description
The 3-bedroom apartment offers lovely sea views, and comprises 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and 2 bedrooms with twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning, and has an en-suite bathroom and large walk-in cupboards. The apartment also comprises a generous living space with 2 lounges. The main living area is open plan and comprises a fully equipped kitchen with modern Technistone surfaces, a separate scullery, a walk-in pantry, a gas cooker and oven, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a microwave, a dishwasher and a kettle. There is full DStv and complimentary Wi-Fi. A baby cot and 1 extra bed can also be provided. The second lounge flows onto a generous sun deck where guests can tan or enjoy a braai while overlooking the sea. This living area has access to a small cliff-top rock pool surrounded by indigenous Cape fynbos, where guests can enjoy beautiful views.
